Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions about our cleaning services. I hope they will be helpful.

Q. Is a long-term contract required for service?
No. My services are provided as needed to suit your busy lifestyle. There are no long-term contracts or obligations required.

Q. Are you insured?
Yes. Kathy's Home Cleaning & Organization is fully insured.

Q. What area do you service?
I provide housekeeping services for the entire Sacramento area.

Q. What all is included in your cleaning service?
I am flexible, so I can do just about anything you need. Please refer to the services page.

Q. Do you furnish the cleaning supplies?
Yes. I furnish everything needed to clean your home except the vacuum- I'll use yours. If you would like me to use your supplies, just let me know.

Q. Do I need to be home the day of cleaning?
Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you. Regardless of your schedule, you are certain to receive superior housekeeping service - guaranteed!

Q. Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?
If you anticipate needing to change an appointment time, ideally, I would like a minimum of 24 hours in advance. I'll move your visit to another, more convenient time or if you wish, cancel it all together.

Q. How will you enter my home on my scheduled days of cleaning?
I leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with.
1. You may give me a key.
2. You can leave a key under a door mat the day of cleaning.
3. You can give me the code to the garage.
4. You can leave the door unlocked the day of cleaning and I will lock it when I leave.

Q. What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
Your complete satisfaction is very important to me. That is why I offer a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give me a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and if you wish I will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no additional cost to you.

Q. How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
I require payment at time of service. I accept most major credit cards, debit card payments and payment by check or cash. If you would like to pay for services using your credit card, please visit my payment page where you can pay for your cleaning services online via Paypal.
